1.2. Bets are accepted only on matches for which the website has placed odds, until the advertised kick-off time. If a bet is accepted inadvertently after that time, it will be void. In case of a dispute over the time of the placement of the bet, the recorded time on the website will be used for dispute resolution.
1.3. At kick-off, unconfirmed bets will be automatically cancelled. Customers must confirm their bets and wait for the confirmation message on the screen and cross-verify their accounts for the acceptance of the bet.
1.4. Odds on all games are subject to fluctuation relative to market dynamics. If a player had staked before the change, his return will be based on the old odds.
1.5. Customers are responsible for making themselves aware of all market rules affecting any market on which they wish to place a bet. In any dispute, the company reserves the right to take any decision pertaining to settling bets on games depending on their rules and regulations.
1.6. In the event of any dispute on any market, settlement will refer to the official websites of the league or competition or relevant football authority for the match or competition in question for goals. In the case of this data not being publicly available, settlement will be made on data from the official website of the competition or if unavailable data transmitted by our Data Providers.
1.7. If customers can’t find an answer or an explanation for any market or odds in the system, they should contact customer support via email: help@bongobongo.bet or any of our Customer support team via telephone numbers listed in our Contact Us section of the website www.bongobongo.bet
Market Prices
2.1. If the outcome of a market can’t be verified officially, the company reserves the right to delay settlement until official confirmation. If markets were offered when the outcome was already known, the company reserves the right to void any betting.
2.2. If a match is reported to be under suspicion of any manipulation by the company’s Fraud Detection System, the company reserves the right to void any market.
2.3. If any obviously incorrect displayed or calculated prices are found, the company reserves the right to void betting.

2.5. If the general implied rules of a sport are violated, the company reserves the right to void any market (e.g. unusual period length, counting procedure, format of a match …).
2.6. If the rules or format of a match differ from our implied information, the company reserves the right to void any market.
Accumulators
3.1. The player can accumulate events for higher returns. If a customer stakes on two matches and wins both, the odds will be multiplied. If the customer loses one of the matches, the entire accumulator is lost. There is no limit to the number of matches a customer can accumulate.
Match Cancellation
4.1. If an event is cancelled and one team or player is awarded a win as a WALKOVER, the event will be considered void irrespective of any score being awarded for the walkover.
4.2. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the odds of that particular match turn to 1. For accumulators, the other matches are calculated and winnings paid.
Duration
All match markets will be settled based on the result at the end of the scheduled 90 minutes of play, including any added injury or stoppage time. However, this does not include extra time, time allocated for a penalty shootout, or golden goal, unless otherwise stated. For friendly matches, all match markets will be settled based on the actual result when the game finishes (excluding any extra time), irrespective of whether the full 90 minutes is played.

Minimum and Maximum (Stakes, Winnings, Ticket Size)
We reserve the right to limit the maximum bet for individual events and also to limit or raise the maximum bet for specific persons without explanation.
7.1. Minimum Stake: The minimum stake is 1,000 Uganda Shillings.
7.2. Maximum Winnings: The maximum winnings per user per 24-hour period shall be 130,000,000 UGX (including stake). This means all winnings above 130,000,000 UGX (excluding stake) will be rounded down to 130,000,000 UGX for all bets on different slips.
7.3. Minimum Ticket Size: The minimum ticket size is 1 game selection.
7.4. Maximum Ticket Size: The maximum ticket size is 45 selections.
Withdraw Calculation 8.1. For Single Bets:
The winning amount is equal to the stake multiplied by the odds. For example, if you bet 1,000 UGX on a win for Liverpool at a market price (odds) of 2.3, your winning amount will be:
Winning Amount = 1,000 x 2.3 = 2,300 UGX
8.2. For Accumulators of Multiple Bets:
The winning amount is equal to your stake multiplied by the odds of the first selection multiplied by the odds of the second selection, and so on, until the last selection in your ticket.
For example, if you placed a stake of 2,000 UGX on six teams with different market prices, namely Uganda (2.5), Liverpool (4.2), Barcelona (1.5), Chelsea (1.8), Brazil (1.2), and Inter Milan (3.2), the winning amount will be:
Winning Amount = 2,000 x 2.5 x 4.2 x 1.5 x 1.8 x 1.2 x 3.2 = 217,728 UGX
Please note that all winnings may be subject to local withholding tax at the prevailing rate. Any transaction bonus or withholding tax is applied to the net win amount only, i.e., the winning amount minus the original stake.
Football Rules
For instance, if the single bet winning amount is UGX 2,300 and the stake is UGX 1,000, the net win amount will be UGX 1,300. If a transaction bonus of 8% is applicable, and the withholding tax rate is 15%, the final payout after bonus and tax will be 2,300 + 104 – 195 = 2,209.

Other football markets include “Both Teams to Score,” “Correct Score,” “Odd/Even Goals,” “Total Goals,” “Win,” “Double Chance,” “Draw No Bet,” “First Team to Score,” “Goals Home/Away Team,” “Half Time,” “HT/FT,” “Last Team to Score,” and “Team to Score the Next Goal.”
Tennis Rules
If a player retires or is disqualified, bets on the match result will stand only if one set has been completed; otherwise, they will be void. Bets on other markets will also be void, unless a definitive result for that market has already been determined. The player who progresses to the next round or is awarded the victory after the first set has been completed will be deemed the winner.
Example 1: The match between Nadal and Federer is abandoned with the score 1-0 (6-2, 0-3) due to Nadal retiring. All bets on Nadal (-2.5), Federer (+2.5), Over/Under 21.5, Set Betting 2-0, 2-1, 1-2 will be void. However, all bets on 1st Set, Match Result, Set Betting 0-2 will be settled as winners/losers respectively.
Example 2: The match between Nadal and Federer is abandoned with the score 1-1 (6-4, 0-6, 0-1) due to Nadal retiring. In this case, bets on Federer (+3.5) will be settled as winners, and bets on Nadal (-3.5) will be settled as losers, since your bet on Nadal (-3.5) could not win regardless of the last set score once the match reached its natural conclusion. Bets on Over/Under 21.5 in the match will be settled as winners/losers, respectively, as any natural conclusion to the match would have resulted in at least 22 games being played. All bets on 1st Set, 2nd Set, Match Result, Set Betting 2-0, 0-2 will be settled as winners/losers, and bets on Set Betting 2-1, 1-2 will be void.
Example 3: The match between Nadal and Federer is abandoned with the score 0-0 (4-4) due to Nadal retiring. In this case, bets on Over/Under 9.5 in the 1st Set will be settled as winners/losers, respectively, as any natural conclusion to the set would have resulted in at least 10 games being played. All non-determined 1st set over/under games and other bets will be void.
If there is a change in the total number of sets played, match bets will stand as long as one set has been completed. However, all bets on Set Betting, Game Handicap, and Total Games will be void. All other bets will also be void, unless a specific market result has already been determined; in that case, all bets placed on those markets will stand.
In the event of a change of playing surface, a change of venue, or a change from indoor court to outdoor court, all bets will stand.
If a match is delayed or postponed for any reason, all bets will stand until the end of the match or the end of the tournament.
If a super tie-break is used to decide the final set, it is counted as a set consisting of one game.
